When the user experience turn into a Human Experience.

In the midst of exploring Instagram’s diverse hashtags for a research project, I encountered something unexpected. A misclick led me to a hashtag named “BROKEN,” but instead of the usual picture and videos, a different kind of message appeared: “Help is available.” It offered direct lines to helplines, professional support, and even a nudge to “Reach out to a friend.”

It’s truly incredible! I’m thrilled to see such a strong emphasis on caring for people. As a UX Designer, it brings me immense joy to be part of a community that values human well-being above all else.
This moment was a powerful reminder that our work isn’t just about business growth—it’s about supporting and caring for people in their times of need.
Years ago, I realized that the role of a UX designer is far more than crafting digital experiences; it’s about easing people’s burdens, however small, and enriching their lives with joy and lasting memories.
