His passion for design and problem‑solving shows up in the details—crisp briefs, thoughtful critiques, and a steady focus on outcomes.
Just as important, he builds genuine one‑on‑one relationships. In a short time he created real bonds across the team, mentoring thoughtfully, giving credit freely, and creating space for people to grow. Beyond being an outstanding manager, he’s a mentor, collaborator, and friend.
