I’m Sajin, Associate Director of Product & User Experience Design, dedicated to creating products and services that address real-world challenges with 14+ years of experience.
I specialize in designing products and services that address real-world challenges. I’ve had the opportunity to lead and manage over 120+ designers across seven multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them in defining and delivering impactful products, services, brand identities, and interactive experiences.
As a leader, I’m committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment where designers can thrive and contribute their best work. My approach emphasizes mentorship, clear vision, and a user-centered focus, empowering teams to innovate while aligning with project goals.

Sajin Philip’s design philosophy is rooted in the belief that good design speaks through impact. He is driven by solving real-world problems, aligning business goals with human needs, and creating experiences that are positive, memorable, and joyful.
For him, design is a form of “magic” — a blend of logic, empathy, and creativity that can solve both big and small user problems and make life easier through thoughtful, meaningful solutions. He believes design should be practical, inclusive, and purpose-driven.
