Our world becomes more inclusive

I was attempting to put on my underwear when I lost power/electricity (In a dark room). I took a little more time to distinguish between the underwear's front and back sides. It makes me wonder how blind people locate the front and rear of a piece of clothing. There are several approaches, including "texture, cut, style, and button design," according to my secondary study. What will happen, though, if the front and rear of a piece of clothing are more similar? sleeveless inner apparel, a round-neck T-shirt, underwear, etc.

What about coming up with a straightforward approach that gets adopted everywhere?

A similar layout or pattern that applies to the whole world? Our world becomes more inclusive when a tiny change is made. I made a few attempts.

It's only a test in the hopes of a better planet.
